Regular Duty Steel Strapping
Grade A:
1. It is made of low carbon, low manganese cold rolled steel,
2. It is designed for low duty packaging applications

Grade B:
1. It is made of medium carbon, high-manganese cold rolled steel.
2. It is designed for high-duty applications.
3. Its high yield strength allows it to elongate further without breaking and absorbs shocks during transit and handling
4. It has more feet per pound and less variation in coil size, reducing coil changeovers.
5. It is the preferred strapping for power strapping machines, power strap feeders and other applications requiring straight strapping.

Ribbon wound

Each layer of strap is wound directly one above the other so that the width of the strapping is the width of the coil.

We can supply 250/500 Kg. Jumbo Coils for automatic machines as per customer requirement

High Tensile Steel Strapping

HIGH TENSILE STEEL STRAPPING - FOR PACKAGING

The Cold Rolled High Tensile Steel strapping is specially heat treated to provide high strength and toughness for packaging application.
On this high speed and high precision online heat treatment line, the special strap paints are applied for strapping and cured by infrared wave curing system using quartz lamps.
For tension transmission high gloss wax is applied and cured by infrared wave curing system.
The allied products such as whole variety of metal steels and strapping tools are also available to our valued customers.

The ribbon wounds vary from 648 to 686 mm depending upon strap size.
Strap edges are blunted by Beveled process to prevent strap cutting in the fingers or hands while strapping.
Strapping is available in both Ribbon and Mill Wound to 50 kg weight.
Jumbo Coils are also supplied at 220 kg weight
Special requirements are undertaken on request

Metal Seals:

All variety of seals like, Snap-on seals, Push type seals, Nestack seals are available for various applications with Customers Logo/Signature.

Strapping Tools:

All Manual Pneumatic/Power Strapping Machines are available from FROMM, Switzerland
